Flat, 3 rooms, Lisboa, Chiado

Alure is a development in a prime location, at the intersection where Rua do Alecrim crosses the arched viaduct, which is part and parcel of the building, over Rua de São Paulo. Here you can enjoy everything Lisbon has to offer, from the cosmopolitanism of Chiado - with its numerous shops, cultural venues and leisure facilities - to the dynamism of Cais do Sodré and the tranquility of the Tagus river: you can walk along the riverfront to Terreiro do Paço or take the Marginal towards the sea and Cascais. Carefully designed by architect Samuel Torres de Carvalho, the project adapts to and retains the original Pombaline facades and structural walls, creating bright, spacious and well-balanced apartments with high ceilings, large windows and a careful selection of materials and finishes. This composition results in 14 apartments, ranging from one- to three-bedroom units and from 88m2 to 200m2, including a loft and a townhouse. Works will start in May 2021 and are expected to be completed by June 2023.
